Ingredients:
6 Eggs
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Honey
2 tablespoons Oil
2 tablespoons Brandy, whiskey, or rum
3.5 cups Flour
1.5 teaspoons Baking power
1 tablespoon Baking soda
1 tablespoon Cinnamon
0.5 tablespoon Allspice
0.25 tablespoon Ground cloves
Whole pecans
Directions:
- Beat eggs and sugar very well, until light and fluffy.
- Then beat in honey and oil.
- Combine remaining dry ingredients and add to mixture along with liquor. Mix Well.
- Bake in a greased 10" by 15" pan at 310 [degrees] for 1 hr and 5 min.
- (After pouring cake dough in pan decorate the dough with the whole pecans.)
